Intellectual property of the website content

The website and its components, including texts, publications, articles, newsletters, press releases, presentations and brochures are the intellectual property of the firm.

Users of the website are only authorized to display it on the screen of their personal computer, to print the pages of the website for their personal use and to temporarily reproduce the files for the sole purpose of facilitating consultation of the website. Users are not allowed to reproduce, represent, modify, translate and/or adapt the website and each of its components, and reproduce and/or represent it, without the prior written consent of the firm.

As an exception to the foregoing paragraphs, the firm authorizes users to download to the hard drive of their personal computer any newsletters or other documents that are made available to users in the form of electronic files specifically for downloading. In this case, and unless otherwise expressly stated on each of the above-mentioned documents, the user will only be authorized to hold
a copy of these documents and to print them for strictly private use. In particular, he/she shall not distribute these documents to third parties, including by e-mail, by printing and distribution on a tangible medium and by making them available on a server installed on a public or private network.
